Emma's Black Friday sale runs from 27 October to 30 November 2026, with up to 40% off. The discount is not the same on every mattress: on 31 October 2026 the biggest saving was on the most expensive model. We have tested Emma's whole Original range, so here are the actual sale prices and which one to buy.

Which Emma to buy on Black Friday#

The standout deal is the Emma Original Elite. At 40% off it drops from £1,159 to £695, and it has the highest support score of any mattress we have tested (9.3/10). It is a 28cm zoned pocket-spring hybrid with graphite-infused foam and a cooling cover, so it suits heavier sleepers, couples and hot sleepers.

For back pain on a smaller budget, the Original Pro at £559 is our top pick: medium-firm with zoned pocket springs, and a support score of 9.

The Emma Original at £423 remains the best all-foam choice for most sleepers, and the Original Lite at £278 is the one for a guest room or a lighter sleeper.

What happened to the Emma Luxe and NextGen Premium?#

Emma has dropped both. The Emma Luxe Cooling's page now redirects to the rest of the range, and the NextGen Premium Plus redirects to the Emma Original. If you were looking for one of them, the closest current models are the Original Elite (for the Luxe Cooling) and the Emma Original (for the NextGen). Our Luxe Cooling and NextGen Premium Plus pages explain what changed.

How to get the best Emma deal#

  • Check your size. The percentage off varies by model and size; our table is for a double.
  • Look at the saving in pounds, not percent. 40% off the Elite saves far more than 10% off the Lite, but only matters if you need the Elite.
  • Use the trial. Every Emma mattress keeps its 200-night trial and 10-year warranty in the sale.

Emma vs Simba on Black Friday#

Emma's up to 40% is the deepest discount from the brands we test this year; Simba offers up to 33% from 1 November. Emma is the better buy if you want a medium-firm pocket-spring hybrid under £700. Simba's deeper hybrids are the choice if you want natural wool fillings. See our Simba Black Friday guide and our Black Friday mattress deals page for every brand side by side.
