Can you feel the pocket springs through the top of the Original Pro?

No. The springs sit beneath a layer of Airgocell foam and the HRX base, so what you feel on the surface is foam with a bit more bounce than the all-foam Original. Where the springs show is in the behaviour of the mattress rather than the feel: the edges hold firmer when you sit on them, it sleeps cooler because air moves through the spring layer, and movement travels slightly more from one side to the other than on the Original. If you are used to a traditional open-coil mattress, this is nothing like it.
